About Heather

Heather Zima was born and raised in beautiful Pinellas County. She graduated from Seminole High School and attended St. Petersburg College to receive her Early Education degree. Prior to joining Champions Mortgage Heather was a preschool teacher for 12 years.

Heather and her husband Adam created Quick Close Mortgage Services, a full-service mortgage processing company, in 2012. Heather experienced firsthand how complicated and frustrating the home buying process was. They sold Quick Close in 2016 when Adam joined Champions Mortgage as President. Heather realized that with her background and knowledge of the area, she could help to educate clients while achieving their goals of home ownership, easily. She then decided to step out of her classroom and receive her loan originators license and joined Champions Mortgage as a mortgage loan originator in 2016. She also represents Champions Mortgage as an affiliate member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization.
